If any of you are experiencing trouble getting on to MyArch using Firefox (as your browser), Updated Date: 2009-11-23 20:35:51 Updated By:

Kindly do the following
Open Firefox and Go to
“Tools” à “Options”
“Advanced” à “Security”
Under the “Security” tab, click on
“View Certificates” and then delete all entries under
“Your Certificates”
“Other People’s” and
“Web Sites”
Click on “OK” and “OK” again…
Restart Firefox and try logging on to MyArch.
